How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A single bathroom takes weeks including the waterproofing cure and test; several bathrooms in one villa are sequenced so at least one stays usable. The programme with the quote shows which days each is out of use.
Why does waterproofing matter so much in Dubai?
Because the damage from a failed membrane shows up in the ceiling below, in the neighbour’s apartment, or as damp in the next room, and the only fix is to strip the bathroom again. We waterproof, flood-test, and only then tile.
