Espresso & Expression Collective Skills Training LLC: a training facility from empty shell to handover in five months
A 4,713 sq ft training facility built from an empty shell against a fixed opening date, with every trade and every authority approval under one contract. Delivered on time, fully operational, July to November 2024.
The brief
The client needed a working training facility on a hard deadline, with strict quality standards and approvals from multiple authorities, and did not want to coordinate a single vendor themselves.
What we delivered
Design coordination, regulatory approvals, civil works, interior fit-out, MEP systems, fire and safety systems, CCTV and security, and IT infrastructure. One contract, one programme, one snag list.
